We have added many new features and enhancements based on your suggestions. Many of these changes are slight and you may barely notice. Others provide you more functionality on how you present your website and communicate with clients. At this time of year, we usually limit major changes and focus on system performance and speed. But keep your suggestions coming.
Here’s the latest:
1. Top Nav Plugin - We have created a communication bar that allows site visitors to easily find your contact information. The bar is pinned to the top, so even if users have scrolled down the page they still have access to the links.
2. Home Page Plugin Design Options - We have given users more flexibility in designing their home pages. Enabled plugins can now be added to equator and slogan blocks to provide highlighting on call-to actions and a variety of home page layouts.
3. Print Message Functionality - Users can now print the messages in a print-friendly format. Simply click into a private message, click the right down arrow icon and select print.
4. Hero CC Managers and Staff - The hero admin account can enable cc messages of conversations between clients and other staff members. Log into the portal dashboard, then click the preferences gear icon next to your name in the top right. Navigate to the security tab. Click edit next to the staff member or manager that you want to update. Click on the cc box. The cc emails will be identified with cc in the from field. The client will also be aware that you are part of the conversation.
5. Change Message Status in Bulk - We are in final testing to allow users to bulk change message status or delete altogether. This feature will save you time and help you manage messages in a better way.
