Our Client View Portal Gets a Makeover

It is becoming more critical than ever to utilize secure technology to communicate with your client base. Whether that be sharing tax or financial files, or disclosing private business matters, having a system that organizes your clients and makes it easy for them to communicate securely is a must. Simple document share Apps can't accomplish this for you. And full-blown native Apps are rarely downloaded or used by clients. We are on our way at making the client view the hub for client relationships. We started a client view interface refresh over the summer and released phase 1 in October. The initial revamp was to make the portal function in all screen sizes, allowing App like convenience. We also wanted to make it easy for clients to upload documents through their mobile camera phones.

With phase 2, we will start tackling pop up notifications and more ways to communicate with clients through their mobile devices. The wave of improved client onboarding tools is coming and on our product roadmap. So as your client relationships and demands evolve, our platform will grow with it.

The goal is tighter client relationships built on automation. Phase 1 Enhancements > Comprehensive Activity Feed > Improved Message Thread > Mobile Camera Access > GDPR Compliance
